About Eli

Meet Eli, a sweet Havanese boy who is growing quickly and becoming more interested in the world around him each day. He enjoys the simple things that make puppyhood so much fun—playing, exploring, spending time around people, and, of course, getting plenty of rest between adventures.

Eli has a naturally social side and enjoys attention and interaction. As he continues to grow, he is becoming more aware of his surroundings and getting opportunities to experience new things at an age-appropriate pace.

There is still plenty of personality waiting to emerge from this little guy, and we are enjoying watching him develop week by week.

A Little More About Eli

Eli is showing some of the friendly and companion-oriented qualities that make Havanese such beloved family dogs. He enjoys investigating what's happening around him and having people nearby to share in his day.

At this stage, every new experience is an opportunity to learn. His personality will continue to develop as he encounters new sights, sounds, people, routines, and environments.

For now, Eli has the important job of simply being a puppy—playing, learning, growing, and enjoying lots of attention along the way.

Early Socialization

Eli is being raised in a home environment where he can become familiar with the normal activity of everyday life. He receives regular handling and interaction while being introduced to different sights, sounds, and routines.

These positive early experiences give him opportunities to build confidence and become increasingly comfortable with the world around him as he prepares for the transition to his future home.

Early Training

As Eli reaches the appropriate age, he is getting an introduction to a couple of important puppy basics:

• Leash training in progress

• Potty training in progress

These are early introductions rather than finished skills. Starting now helps make the routines familiar and gives his future family a foundation they can continue building upon after he comes home.

Health

Before going home, Eli will have:

• Age-appropriate vaccinations

• Routine deworming

• A complete veterinary health examination

• Permanent microchip identification

His parents have also been genetically tested for common breed-specific conditions as part of Prestige Pets' breeding program.
