2. Puppy Sales and Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to reserve a puppy. Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing by Prestige Pets.

  • Payment in full is due before a puppy leaves our care.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we believe a home is not a good fit for the puppy.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.


3. Health Guarantee

  • All puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian before going home.

  • Puppies come with age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming.

  • We provide a written health guarantee, which outlines the specific terms of coverage.

  • Buyers are responsible for taking their puppy to a licensed veterinarian within the timeframe specified in the health guarantee.
     

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Prestige Pets offers delivery and travel options for an additional fee.

  • Travel arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon prior to finalizing the sale.
     

5. Use of Website

  • The content on this website is for general information only. We strive to keep information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all details (including puppy availability, pricing, or descriptions) are always up to date.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use any images, text, or content from our site without written permission.

Your deposit or full purchase payment is non-refundable except in the specific situations outlined in our Purchase Agreement. If at any point a new owner is unable to continue caring for their puppy, Prestige Pets may request that the puppy be returned to us. We are committed to ensuring that none of our puppies ever enter a shelter or humane society, and we will always work to provide a responsible and caring solution.
